Health & Wellness

At St. Michael’s College, every student is empowered to explore, challenge, and thrive in a diverse and vibrant community.

U of T Health & Wellness provides a range of services and programs to support your physical and mental health. From medical care to wellness education, these resources help you achieve your personal and academic goals.

Medical care

You’ll be matched with a family doctor who can support you throughout your time at U of T. A team of nurses, dietitians and administrative professionals work alongside your doctor to provide clinical care, refer you to specialists and connect you to campus and community resources.

Mental health

Whether you prefer to work independently, with a peer or a clinician—or a combination of all three—we can help you find the right fit. Support options range from skill-building and habit change to peer conversations and clinical care. Our team will help you navigate what works best for you.
